• Wedding cards and other cards bearing personal greetings, invitations, messages or announcements, whether or not illustrated, with or without envelopes or trimmings

• Ecards or digital invitations which are essentially static or animated digital images of personal greetings, invitations, messages or announcements, whether or not illustrated

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website including our offerings, prices, policies, terms and conditions at any time, without any notice. These terms and conditions include all our policies mentioned here and elsewhere on our website. We have no obligation to update you of any such modifications and it is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes. Your continued use or access to our website following the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All content including designs and images on this website are our intellectual property exclusively owned by us and you shall not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of the content on our website except by our written consent.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be detrimental to our business interests in any manner at any time without any liability or obligations.

TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

Any taxes, such as GST etc., applicable if any, to your order are will be shared with you. The sale prices mentioned on the website include design charges if applicable, which can comprise 50-75% of the sale price. Note: Additional design charges over and above the sale price mentioned may apply incase there is design customisation. We reserve the right to create a separate invoice for design and product charges, or combine them both in a single invoice.

If you are ordering from outside India, you may be charged applicable import duties and taxes by the customs and authorities of the destination country, which will be payable by you. Usually, such duties and taxes are collected from you by the courier companies while delivering your order. We do not maintain any information on them since they are outside our purview.

SHIPPING POLICY

The physical delivery of the printed cards shall be at the postal address communicated by you and will be through available logistics providers such as postal or courier services or shipping agencies and the delivery of the ecards or digital invitations shall be made to you electronically only at the email address communicated by you as per the approximate delivery time displayed for the product on the website.

The following terms are applicable to printed cards and other printed items on our website which involve delivery of physical goods.

• Any duties & taxes applied by your country at the time of import are additional and are payable by you (if applicable). For any questions, please reach out to us.

• An estimated delivery time to your location will be displayed on the website, which you can access prior to placing your order. Although, we ship through reputed couriers and agencies to ensure safe and timely deliveries, sometimes deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, transportation disruption and other unforeseen reasons beyond anybody’s control.

DELAYED DELIVERY

In case of non-delivery of goods by the due date, amounting to delay, you shall inform us of the same and we shall pursue the matter on your behalf with the concerned courier company to ensure that the goods are received by you at the earliest.

LOSS IN TRANSIT

If the courier company confirms the loss of your order during transit, we will have your order re-printed and shipped to you, free of cost. However, the time to print and ship the order again will be similar to that taken earlier.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In case of damage during transit, you can share the pictures of the damaged cards including pictures of the packaging, for our assessment. It will be our sole discretion to judge the damage and consider replacement of such cards. In such a case, you will be asked to send such damaged cards to us at your cost using a trackable courier service to ensure that we receive your returned goods.

We shall replace the damaged cards, free of cost, after their receipt and our final inspection of the damage. However, the time to replace them will be similar to that taken earlier while processing and shipping that order.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our website and offerings will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

All payments made by you are accepted through third party secured payment gateways and your data with them is outside our purview.

Under any circumstances our maximum liability shall remain limited to the replacement of cards found defective in your order irrespective of any other claims made by you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rohan & Aparna Invitations and our parent M/s Dazzle Media, all its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand other than that which is expressly agreed by us in these terms, conditions and policies.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control. A Force Majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action: civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, the impossibility of the use of Railways, Shipping, Aircraft, Motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, the acts decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; and pandemic or epidemic. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use out reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

VALIDITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of any of its clauses, shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or affect the validity and effectiveness of any other clauses in these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not explicitly agree to all our terms and conditions, then you may not continue to access or use our website.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently within the ambit of the terms, conditions and policies of our website.

No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract.

All unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
