Printed Wedding Cards, E-Invites & Wedding Stationery

  • Its very easy.

    1. Share your requirements with us: Send us an enquiry with your requirements such as your design choice, the items you need (wedding invitations & stationery) with quantities, and any customisation you have in mind

    2. Receive a quote: We will share a quote with you in your local currency, including the courier charge

      1. We courier wedding cards & stationery across India, US, Canada, UK, Middle East, Australia etc.

    3. Receive a payment Link: We will share a payment link with you of 50% of the amount, balance to be paid before printing

      1. Domestic clients: We accept all modes of payment including NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI

      2. International clients: We accept all credit cards, debit cards and payment via PayPal

    4. Order is placed: We will allocate an order manager for you who will coordinate with you via Email or WhatsApp till the cards reach you

      1. Your order manager will send you a proof for all your items with your wording

      2. Any changes suggested by you will be incorporated and another proof will be shared

      3. Once you approve the proof for print, your items will be printed and couriered to your address

  • Yes you can. We routinely fix calls with potential clients where we address all their queries and explain what all we do and how the order process works.

    Pease reach out to us and mention that you’d like to book an appointment with us. We’ll coordinate and fix a time that works (taking into account time zone differences) for a 30 minute google meets call.

    Please note: Our timings are from 10am - 7:30pm India time, from Monday to Friday.

  • Yes, we courier to most countries globally via DHL Express, including USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.

    To get a quote for your requirements with courier charges, please send us an enquiry.

  • Timelines:

    • Receive 1st proof in 4 working days after the order is placed

    • Incase of edits, revised proof in 3 working days (Up to 3 rounds of edits are included)

    • Once the proof is approved for print, it takes 15 working days to have them ready

    • Please note: We work from Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday are closed.

    • Courier:

      • Within India: 3-4 days depending on the city (we use DTDC courier with tracking)

      • Outside India: 4-6 days (we use DHL Express courier with tracking)

    For E-invitations, timelines are the same, except for printing and courier. Once the proof is finalised, you’ll receive your final PDF or video invite in 2 working days.

  • Pricing includes up to 3 rounds of iterations. Typically this is more than enough to finalise the invitation.

    However, incase an additional round of iteration is required, charges are USD $70 / Rs. 5,000 / £55 per additional round.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t take on rush orders. We take great effort in making sure that each invitation and stationery item is delivered with the highest print quality & finish, and that requires time.

    However, please do reach out to us to find out how fast your requirements can be executed by us.

  • Yes, although you see wedding invitations and stationery in english on our website, we do other languages as well such as Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Urdu and so on. We would need the wording in that language in a word file or a PDF file which we can place on the design you choose. You can share the wording with us to check if it is editable and can be used.

  • Yes you can! Samples are available for most designs.

    You can order a sample to get a touch & feel of the invitation. You can even mix and match elements from different invitations and create a custom sample invitation. Your final card will look similar to the sample except it will have your text printed on it.

    To order a sample, please reach out to us and let us know the SKU number, picture or name of the sample you need and we will courier it to you based on availability. You can order up to 3 different samples.

    Please note: Final colours will vary from the sample, depending on the design.

  • A sample costs only INR 500 / USD $6 per set. A sample card set includes all the elements shown in the photo of that invitation. You can even mix and match elements from different designs to create a sample set with all the elements you’d like to see. You can order a maximum of 3 samples.

    Shipping Charge:

    Shipping cost is free within India and INR 1,500 / USD $20 for outside India, for up to 3 samples

    To reach you, it usually takes 3-4 business days within India and 4-6 business days outside India from the time you place your order

    We courier via DTDC & Speed Post within India with tracking

    We courier via DHL Express internationally with tracking

  • The MOQ is 50ps for each item.

    However, we have a minimum billing requirement of Rs.75,000 or USD$1,000 as usually we work on invitation & wedding day stationery requirements for brides and grooms together.

    In cases where invitations are required in lower quantities, wedding day stationery items can be added to meet the billing requirement.

  • Yes, we do.

    We have a matching PDF e-card for every printed wedding card design. You can even take a matching video e-card as well.

  • Yes absolutely. We have wording templates for various wedding functions, itinerary, ritual cards and so on in our wording templates section. Please look at our main menu for wording templates.

    In case you are not able to find them, please send us an enquiry & we’ll help you out.

  • Yes! Nothing gets printed without your approval. Up to 3 rounds of iterations are included , so your wedding cards and stationery will only go for printing once you are 100% happy and approve for print.

  • Yes we do. If you haven’t found a design in our collection that you like, please reach out to us and get your invitations custom designed.

    Custom designing involves a separate design charge depending on the work involved, as well as 2-3 weeks extra of designing time over and above the usual timings. Custom designing charge starts at Rs. 30,000 or USD $400.

  • We courier cards globally using DHL Express and charge on actuals. The courier charge depends on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. As an approximate, the shipping charge is about 10-15% of the order value, it can be a little more or little less depending on the items ordered and the destination country.

  • They do not. The courier charges mentioned in our quotes only include the actual courier charge, not import duty, as import duty is not always applied by countries on wedding cards. We prefer to not estimate and add it to courier charges for all clients as most of the times import duty is not charged on wedding cards.

    Certain countries such as the UK, Australia, Singapore and the EU sometimes apply import duty on wedding invitations. These duties are not always applied on wedding cards, nor are they communicated in advance to us. Hence, we do not include them in our courier charges.

    If however import duty is applied on your order, DHL will reach out to you for the payment, which they will collect from you and pay directly to the local government. They will then delivery the cards to your address.

  • In case of printed wedding cards and wedding stationery, we take 50% of the payment to begin work, and the balance is taken before printing. This allows clients to tweak their quantities before printing begins.

    • Domestic clients: We accept all modes of payment including NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI

    • International clients: We accept all credit cards, debit cards and payment via PayPal

  • We do have a minimum billing requirement of Rs. 75,000 or USD $1000 as we only taken on a limited number of clients at any point in time. This gets easily covered between wedding invitations & wedding day stationery for both brides & grooms.

    If you require limited number of invitations, you might still need some wedding day stationery items such as ceremony cards, itinerary cards, welcome notes, welcome bags, seating charts, event signages, thank you cards etc.

  • Yes we do! We have the widest collection of luxury papers - Smooth finish, Textured finish, Metallic finish, Double thick papers, Cotton papers, deckle edge papers and a variety of coloured papers.

    Please reach out to us incase you’d like to use a particular paper in your invitations and would like to know more, see options and order a sample.

  • We don’t take on rush orders unfortunately.

    We take great effort in making sure that each invitation and stationery item is designed & delivered with utmost care and quality, and that takes time.

  • Yes you can.

    A QR code for RSVP can be added to your RSVP insert. You can share the QR code along with the wording, or just share the link with us and we’ll have one created for you.

    Normally, our clients use the RSVP page on wedding websites such as Zola or The Knot, or create a google form to collect RSVPs. QR code can be made for both.

  • Yes we do. You can take an outer mailing envelope with any invitation you choose, and have the guest names and addresses printed on it. Alternatively, we can also print them on labels, which can be manually applied on the envelope by you.

  • Yes you do. We don’t pre-assemble invitations because in Indian weddings, not all guests are invited to all functions. Hence, each invite needs to be carefully assembled with different number of inserts depending on the guest. Plus, there are sequence preferences, some prefer to place the inserts date-wise, some importance-wise.

    Hence, we prefer to send each item separately shrink wrapped (envelopes, inserts, belly bands etc.) so that the invites can be assembled at your end, the way you’d like them.

  • Yes we can. As part of the invitation process, we can make an elegant monogram for you, and have it placed wherever you like on invitations and wedding stationery.

    You can also ask us to share the monogram with you, in case you need it for wedding decoration.

  • Yes we do. Many of our clients choose to take e-invitations along with wedding day stationery items (whichever ones are needed). We do have a minimum billing criteria of Rs. 75,000 or USD $ 1,000, which gets covered when a combination of e-invitations and wedding stationery items are taken.
